I'd scrap it, depending upon your product reliability requirements.  If you're doing inexpensive radios or the such, check the viscosity, and if within spec, run 30 boards and check the results.  You can then form your opinion from there.
 
Lunch in the paste fridge?  Our firm would fire the entire staff!

Was sorting through the fridge in the stockroom at work...pushed aside a
couple of sandwiches and yogurts (the stockroom people keep their
lunches in there...) and came across a box with 9kg(18 jars) of solder
paste expired in mid 2004 - a brand we don't use any more.  Standard
63/37 no-clean.

What would you do with it?  Never even been opened.
