Wright-Patterson AFB let a contract to develop "Maintainable Conformal Coatings" ca 20+ years ago, which resulted in 1B31 (Humiseal, AR) and some GE silicone coatings. The goal was to eliminate the damage often seen in repair depots. The report was issued in a yellow cover, 8.5x11 inch format, but I no longer have my copy. There may be some useful info in there for many of our colleagues that have come on board since that time frame. Does anyone still have a copy of this document?
