Leland I believe Richard's advice is sound. I doubt though you will find any issues; I've seen a lot of bare boards drop on the floor without any damage, but there is always a first time. What are the boards populated with? Heavy magnetic devices and large caps? What industry are they serving? What was the internal packaging inside the boxes? Generally when we drop a single board to the floor it's considered scrap but we are in aerospace. Approximately $40K of material fell to the concrete floor from a height of three to four feet. Only a few of the cardboard boxes broke open, spilling the contents. The remaining product only suffered the impact. How would you recommend that we disposition these? Has anyone had any prior experience with such an occurrence? Thanks in advance for your opinions.
