We are looking at using a 100uF Tantalum capacitor in a 3.2x1.6x1.0mm
(3216) pkg.

The manufacturer is Nichicon and the pkg is a conformal coated chip.

Has anyone had any placement/yield issues using the conformal coated style
chip vs the molded pkg style (that we historically have used?)

I don't recall this being a problem so your comments are appreciated.
