Hi Y'all, Just started using 0402s en masse on a new product. Potential problem started to bother me, wanted to bounce this off all those brilliant people out there. Any one have some ideas on max trace/ copper width connecting a pad for a 0402 package device? Currently using 7 mil traces for signals, 10 or 12 mils for power connections, thinking about 6.25 or 6 (for signal) to help with routing density issues...
