If you are dealing with Advanced Circuits or another house using Valor or Genesis, and if they have not been trained properly, they have issues reading RS274X from Allegro. I just went through that routine with them just a few months ago. And the conclusion was that they didn't know how to use their "tool" for multi-layer RS274X especially in Allegro flavor.
