Der Grund dafür ist, daß die unterschiedlichen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten auch 
ein Biegemoment erzeugen [klassische bimetallische Biegung]. Ich bin auch 
nicht sicher, daß Chipkondensatoren nicht Druckspannungsabhängig sind.
Vielleicht sehen wir uns bei der IPC/JEDEC Konferenz in Frankfurt Ende 
Oktobers.

ENGLISH:
The reason is that the differential CTEs create a bending moment [clasical 
bimetallic strip]. Also i am not convinced that CCs like comressive stresses.
Maybe we can see each other at the IPC/JEDEC conference in Frankfurt at the 
end of October.
