I just the middleman for the sales of this PCB, now I am in dilemma whether to reject this Analysis to the Supplier or claim it back to Customer. From what I see, this paint should happened before the components is being mounted since there isn't any trace of paint on those components surface. But who did it? haha Yes, it a multi-layer board but the delamination area have not pose an issue so far.
