It's likely a HAST vibration test would sort out your concern pretty quickly. But it might be cheaper to stick a glob or two of adhesive around the edges of the mounted part. The caps are soldered on the board, but the body is not glued. In operation, the board will move back and forth, so the body of the cap moves, pulling on the leads. Imagine the central pin being of a material I've forgotten (Ru I believe) with the Ni sleeve on top of it. Not exactly a flexure resiliant construction...
