Arif, Suggest you check out 3M, however am not sure about the -550°C range. At one point had used some acrylic transfer tapes [no substrate/carrier, just a pad of mastic] for more of an industrial type application Not sure if they make transfer tapes with silicones for cryogenic apps, but would surely check them out.
