Go for the respin! If I have a board assembly that I want to out source to the far east, what is the maximum amount of rework that should be on that board? ie. Jumper wires, etch cuts, piggy back components, deadbugs with jumper wires, kapton tape, etc. I am trying to create a document that defines the maximum acceptable amount of rework an assembly can have on it, and still be outsourced. My goal is to have boards respun to bury rework before they are outsourced. All responses appreciated.
