Karl that was a very good link, Thanks... Question to you all, I am looking for some information on board technology. Looks like I will be working with fabricators as far as stackup and materials go. I have been a PCB Designer for years but never really on the fabrication/assembly side. Usually had guidelines written that we designed to. Does anyone know of a good book, CD, Web page or some source of reference data that I can start reading that will get me familiar with Materials, stackups, RoHs, WEEE, HDI Trend data, Mixed materials and so on for boards at 10 to 15 gigs, Reference type material? I have been talking to fab houses and there specs and roadmaps are helpful.
