Hi Kevin: Add a "close loop" humidifier from Home Depot or alike to the box. All you need is a piece of clothes dryer type of hose and a humidifier. Cut out a couple of openings in the box, mount the humidifier to the box at one opening and attach the hose from the other opening to the humidifier. Humidifiers come with fan blowers and humidity controllers. Also connect filtered water to the humidifier from city line( very low volume). You can get 50% humidity very easily. Wood can emanate contaminants and will work 'orribly with the constant cycling. You wood knot want that, wood you? It would not be oakay and you will pine for a better deal. Spruce it up with plastic and you will get olive. (Sorry, Dewey!)
