Hi Ioan: It seems that you are in new man's land. Your very thick bricks, pardon me boards, are not very common. I would consult with a V groove depaneling equipment manufacturer (3K) and ask them if your design is within their capabilities. If that is the case, order one panel and build it. V groove paneling can be broken by hand. If you are going to make thousands of those boards perhaps a router may be justified, some of them are pricey (200K). You have to include the installation which can exceed the price of the equipment due to OSHA rules. I want to figure out first what my depanelizing options are, then we figure out what press to use, how to press and last how the panel will be designed. And it seems I don't have much choice. I will either not panelize them at all and run them in SMT inside fixtures, or I need to buy a router. Did I get it right?
