Hi Valerie and all I have been following and hoping for the magic test or test coupon to include in our board specifications. My opinion/recommendation to people at this time is "buy extra boards" and run them thru your assembly process. Until such time as we have test/coupon/temps determined there are still too many different reflow profiles and number of reflows to have only one test. I realize that this is a little late, but until such time as all questions have been answered the assemblers will have to determine if the board will survive before they assemble 100s.
