We only remove small areas for individual component rework and then simply burn through the material with a soldering iron as part of the unsoldering step. We have never had the need to remove this type coating from an entire board...that would essentially be destructive. We have removed all acrylic coating though because it dissolves in IPA and also Acetone. > Rainer G.
