He was just following your advice. You probably told him in dealing with difficult situations it was easier to break the ice over the phone. I have a 15-year old boy and a 17-year old boy. Each has a cell phone. I caught the 17 year old scraping the ice off his windsheild with his opened phone this a.m. I woke up at 5 a.m. because the younger one received a call from his girlfriend. For some reason he left his phone in our bedroom. When it rings it plays some type of hysterical jungle music, LOUD AS A MF! The wife just about jumped out of the bed. Wish I never had the good idea of getting them their own phones, but if they drive, you want them to have help only a phone call away...... Like the saying goes, one of these days I am going to have a heart attack. No one can deprive me of it, I have earned it...it's mine.... -----Original Message----- From: TechNet [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Cheryl Johnson Sent: Tuesday, November 29, 2005 3:49 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [TN] Humidity and enclosed RF board MY daughter dropped phone in toilet first week she had it. Months later, she lost it - we cancelled her number, phone bill has never been so low... Letting the enclosure breathe is also a good plan; how many mobile phones fail due to humidity related failures? You might also consider adding a breathing desiccator to the enclosure although they tend to be expensive and need replaced every six moths or so.
