Well, while I have to admit that liking Retsina is an aquired taste, it is
far from drinking turpentine or furniture polish. Many of the things we eat and
drink could on first tasting it be described as aweful--just to think about
some Scotches--have you ever tried 10-year-old Laphroig [not to be confused with
30-year-old]--it could be described as drinking liquid sand paper.
