My company has a CAGE code but we have been requested to complete Form DD2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement) to register this CAGE code. I've tried to find a clear explanation of the need/purpose for doing all of this but the bureaucratese is preventing me from doing so Can anyone on this esteemed forum provide a simple explanation?
