Nope. Supposedly the whole RoHs thing is about getting the last .00000001% of toxic waste out of the landfills so it does not get into our bodies. When was the last time you had lunch in a landfill? You need to put nothing on to an MSDS which is present in amounts less than 1%, UNLESS it is a carcinogen, then the reporting limit falls to 0.1%. I do not believe RoHS is so lenient.
