Has any of you had any experience with the STABLCOR materials for boards? I was just reading an article in VMEbus Systems magazine about it and noticed they are claiming that their ST600 material has almost 2 times the conductivity of copper and the CTE is actually a little negative as temperature rises... I'm not sure that is a good feature but the rate of change is very small compared to FR4 and Copper. The material is also about 1/4 the density of copper so it weighs less... The only thing they don't highlight is the cost... which speaks volumes... I would be curious to know if anyone has used it and what their results were.
