Most of the flash gold coming out of China is electroplated soft gold and no more than 2 micro inches thick. If you are aware of Chinese suppliers that will exceed 2 micro inches of soft gold I would be interested. For the most part they are using baths that are designed for high current densities that minimize the time required to perform the process.
