Hello all... Is there a standard test (industry accepted) to determine if components/ board fabs/ other misc. materials can withstand certain processes and chemical exposure? I have been looking through various different standards and have found nothing. I'm currently changing fluxes and our customer wants us to perform this test, but points to no standard as a guide. I have heard of a test that involves dipping known materials into specified chemicals and recording the results (time, output, etc...), but I can't recall what it was. Your help is appreciated.
