Ramon We have a good deal of information but what is it you want to know - is the coating likely to have been adversely affected? Yes. Should you consider stripping and re-coating the assemblies after troubleshooting is done? Yes. Kerosene is a really good stripping solvent for most polymer materials. I was once asked how an acrylic coating would behave when exposed to skydrol (a really aggressive aviation hydraulic fluid) being sprayed onto a circuit in the cockpit of an aircraft. My response? It doesn't matter - the pilot has already left! I hope this helps -- Regards Graham Naisbitt [log in to unmask] Golf quote of the week: Columbus went around the world in 1492.
