Good Day All, We may be getting some business that will require that all the PTH will have to be selectively soldered, as all the PTH components are mounted on the bottomside of the assembly. A selective wave solder cannot be used due to the component density on the topside of the board. I've been looking at selective soldering machines and have looked at BeamWorks Spark 100. Have any of you had any experience with this machine? Kind regards, -Steve Gregory- Senior Process Engineer LaBarge Incorporated Tulsa, Oklahoma (918) 459-2285 (918) 459-2350 FAX __________________________________________________________________ This message may contain information that is privileged and confidential to LaBarge, Inc.
