The only thing not covered is less than .4mm which they indicate is the point where the delamination happens. So in essence he says if your annular ring is greater than 0.4mm you will not have 'exfoliation' occur. (is that like deforesting?) You gotta love the terminology... If that's all it takes for a patent then there are many solutions to PCB design problems that are most likely patentable... I want a patent on the 'wheel'...
