Is wanting product that meets your needs being too picky??? No... Allowing them to repair their error is a good idea provided... Product is handled as to not cause damage They realize and have taken action to ensure (with reasonable likelihood) this will not occur again And they understand any product that is damaged or otherwise not usable will come out of their pocket... Mistakes happen...by everyone...having a supplier/customer relationship that works together when these occur is a good thing...if every customer abandoned every supplier that made a mistake...well we'd be checking our email today using an abacus... Just my thoughts...
