Ok, don't laugh at me if I have been decieved, but this conversation reminds me of something my brother told me, and I don't know how to prove if it is true or not. He said if you drank pure water consistently, it would eventually kill you. Sounds weird, but his reasoning is that water is a powerful solvent, and the reason tap water doesn't do too much is because it already has so much "stuff" in it. If you drank PURE water it would keep leaching minerals and "stuff" from your body and you'd DIE. For the record, I have learned that my brother is not always right... <grin> bunk? (or debunk?)
