Ken, Let's see... "It depends". Teflon would be your choice, but do you want solid or stranded wire, large or small gauge wire, preformed or spools of wire? UL1180 or Type EE stranded wire has a thick insulation and then there is Type E wire with thinner insulation. It gets tricky if you get into some of the solid wires, as Teflon is not always readily available. I had tried to buy preformed Type EE solid jumper wires and came up empty handed. In this case, I tried to convert our designs to use bare buss wire. Hope this helps.
