Hi Technetters, I am facing an issue with a board of 10 layers and 2mm thick, gold plated. I need to remove a 72 pin through hole connector. However, I am not able to remove the connector using solder iron & solder sucker. I understand if I am to use solder pot, I should be able to remove it. But I do not have a mini-solder pot. I am wandered if there is other way to take out the connector. Can someone help to advise me other methods to remove the connector. Thanks.
