if you want make, AIT is good choice, we have bought some minor circuits from them. Another company that have full thinfilm program is this one : http://www.rhe.de/ and a small shop in N.Y. from which we used to buy, can't remember name instantly. A university in Sweden got a department for thinfilm physics, they have sputters, can give you name if you want. Solar panel makers have too, but probably too monstreous sputters for your tiny filters.

You mention Cu, guess you mean Ti+Cu+Au.
