Several years ago I was asked about this. At the time I couldn't find anything, but the person who was asking finally settled on white spray paint. Seemed to work for him. -----Original Message----- From: Brian Ellis [mailto:[log in to unmask]] Sent: Friday, October 01, 2004 6:19 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: [TN] Coating to protect IP I'm sure you can find some conformal coatings that would meet these requirements. Many, many, years ago, I sold a two-part flexibilised (essential) solventless (also essential, or with a reactive solvent) epoxy that was made exactly for this purpose. I can't even remember the maker (USA), as senility sets in. It was a low-viscosity dip or spray product with a 12 hr open time and required, if I remember correctly, a 2 hour cure at about 100 deg C. I do remember the maker said there was no carbon pigment in it, it was just a heavy dosage of reactive dye. Maybe Googling will find something?
