Hello

I have a customer currently using a oxidizer blend of 25% sodium chlorate/ 12% sodium chloride with the balance being water. In my experience this is the correct formula for a Vis-U-Etch, but this customer is controlling by ORP/Conductivity/SG. Normally this method uses a 45% sodium chlorate and water. They run the acid at about 1.0 normal. With the optical method (low acid) I believe that the salt helps with line speed and etch factor. What are your thoughts? Thank you in
