Hey Cal, How've you been? You could send them to the lab for evaluation, but bottom line you probably need them to solder no matter what the issue or cause is. Probably need to recondition the leads through a reputable source. BTW, "No clean" is not always a less aggressive flux when compared to the old RMA designation. Depends on the brand/type.
