Hi Siggi! I don't think there are any standards out there to detail specifications for that kind of long term storage for components, or assemblies. There is however, work being done in that area. You can go to: _http://www.calce.umd.edu/general/Roadmaps/Failure_Identification/parts_r.htm_ (http://www.calce.umd.edu/general/Roadmaps/Failure_Identification/parts_r.htm) and see what kind of research and studies have been done, and are ongoing.
