We are receiving bare stranded wires from a vendor in Mexico, that we need pre-tinned to bond the end for insertion. We currently use a no-clean process 63/37 alpha metals solder. My question is, Mexico is using a lead free solder (clean line process) flux not specified. Do you know if we could have an interaction problem.? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. Marie Marie A.
