Any AOI system should be able to perform this check. The system you select will depend upon your method of operation - inline, batch, etc., high mix-low volume or low mix-high volume, etc. Further details about your operation might solicit a more appropriate response. I have looked at a few of these machines but haven't been able to get approval on purchasing any of them. A relatively inexpensive unit which will do what you are asking for in a fairly high mix and low volume operation is made by Testronics. It is a tabletop model that is manually operated in batch mode.
