Depends upon the alloy and the environment, Werner. I have heard that some seem to do well at only 20-25 degrees higher, and even better if they are used in a nitrogen-rich atmosphere (the fillets turn out somewhat shinier, too). But, the reflow temperatures will indeed be higher with Pb-free solders. No doubt about it!
