If this is the case, what you want is commonly used in typical laundry detergents as "optical brighteners", to make clothes look cleaner... And, we have some of this sort of dye in our arsenal of raw materials.. the amount you will need is so small, it is trivial, and can be put into a normal business envelope and mailed to you.
