we have had exactly the same issue with a few employees. It seems to be a
reaction with the metal tab in the wrist strap. We solved this by sourcing
some wrist straps that use an ESD plastic instead of the metal tab that
touches the skin.
We are using one from Westek, that in Canada we buy from Adtool.

Subject: [TN] Allergies to ESD Wriststraps
Importance: High

Hello everybody;

We've been experiencing a problem with one of our employees. She has a
rash that develops when she wears the ESD writs straps.
When the metal comes in contact with her skin the rash shows up within a
few hours. Are there any good remedies or has any one had this problem
before?  Anything would be appreciated.

Thanks

                        P.  Lance Mayes
