Fellow techNetters, I have reviewed IPC-A-600F, section 2.110.2-.4, IPC-2221 section 9.1.2 and IPC-6012A section 3.4.3. I did not read anything on the DRAW BACK of not having adequate External Supported Annular ring. Is this a reliability issue or what.
