Hi all, I've been involved in several rigid-flex designs recently. Our manufacturing notes on the fabrication drawing have specified "Manufacture board in accordance with MIL-PRF-31032/4, Class A". Now a decision has been made to change the above mentioned line to an IPC specification. However IPC does not seem to have a specification that covers rigid-flex boards the way 31032 does. I really could use some advice on this. Niether IPC-6012 or IPC-6013 really seem to fit the need in this case. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, ************************************ Paul Fly CID+ Eastman Kodak Company Engineering Technology Center - EEC 2nd Fl. Bld. 205 K.P. 2400 Mt.
