Hi "estellrecht," You mare suffering from inner-layer separation. ILS comes in 3 flavors, and unfortunately they typicallly involve the whole lot or may be even systemic to the design. Also unfortunately, there is no non-destructive screening methodology--it would also not be very useful, since you would be screening out essentially everything.
