Thats some pretty intense stress fractured glass/laminate there... I'll assume this appeared after some mechanical action in that area? If you're looking for acceptance feedback, I'd say they're scrap, the fractures will only deepen into the board, separating glass/epoxy till it reaches metal (such as the vias) and then that may only slow it...
