Does IPC maintain a listing of vendors that have completed a qualification
process described by IPC specifications?

Specifically, what vendors are qualified to IPC-CC-830A (conformal
coatings)?

In the past, MIL-I-46058 covered much the same subject material as
IPC-CC-830A. MIL-I-46058 is now inactive for new design with no superceding
document. QPL-46058 provided the list of qualified vendors. How the IPC
adopted the QPL list as representative of vendors qualified to IPC-CC-830A?

I work the defense industry and look for either a specific vendor CAGE code
or a Mil-Spec or similar government code to associate with part numbers on
my bills-of-material. How is this issue being handled generally with the
elimination of Mil-Specs and their supercession by industry standards?

Thank you for your assistance.
