Help!! I have a question that I hope is an easy one to answer. I am a sales guy in the PCB manufacturing industry and I have ran into a road block with our process people. We manufacture IMPCB's on a regular basis with no issues at all we produce thousands of them in fact on a monthly basis. With that in mind we just got hit with an order that is causing some issues in fact it has things stopped. The order is a IMPCB that is requiring the aluminum backing to be black anodized. I felt that the anodizing was pretty much a non issue but I guess that I was real wrong or am I ? What I am telling them to do is to just build the board (2-sided) I am being told that the board is to thin to do this .020 . Is this correct? What should be the proper sequence to process?
Thank you in advance.
