Keep your
determination strong and your attitude up, it could end up a blessing in
disguise. One of the best jobs I ever got was due to a
situation such as this, one door closes and a better one
opens....

I
would like to add my condolences as well. As for the 2 day notice this is
unfortunately very typical anymore. About 5 yr. ago I was told we would be
laying people off. As a supervisor I had the duty to tell my employees. I got
the list of names at 3:00 on Fri. and had to tell these people before quitting
time, 3:30 that they were not coming back on Mon.
Nice to see that Joyce was rewarded with a whole 2 days notice for
all her efforts.
Wow. I guess one's contributions to this
forum don't hold a candle to "global economics", eh? You'll be
missed Joyce.
It is dynamic world for sure. I got
layoff notice 2 days ago and will be gone effective today. Many
thanks for all the good infor at IPC Forum. Keep up the good work
and see you guys some other places.
