The silver specification IPC-4553 is near completion. however it is not out yet.
There will be a complete report on the progress of the plating committee on this specification as well as the specification of Immersion tin. The latter is also in progress.
The report will be published in the confrence proceedings.
The fall conference is in Minneapolis Mn, the last wweek of this month.
The publication will give u a lot of insights as to how the committees work and where the members stand on the issue of Immersion Silver thickness.
