I guess from the lack of responses, I can assume that most fab houses would comply with all the requirements of the -6012 without charging anything extra. If so, that's great!!!
 
Mark Hargreaves obviously has looked at the -6012 and understands that there are quite a few extra requirements that SHALL be done in order to comply...
 
The -6012 is not the -600 standard that most of us are used to, by any means. The -600 is mostly visual attributes, the -6012 is process monitoring verification steps that SHALL be done in order to say that you build a fab in accordance with the standard.
 
I wouldn't think that would be done for free...but maybe I'm wrong...it would be nice if it was.
