Paul There isn't an IPC spec yet. If your fabricator is reputable (and if they weren't, you wouldn't be using them) they should be able to provide you with a spec that works. One thing to note is that all immersion silver chemistries don't give the same thickness. For instance MacDermid Sterling Silver will give a thickness between 5 microinches and 25 microinches, but Enthone Alpha Level will result in 3 to 8 microinches.
